I have read the article regarding this subject many times. however, i am unable to find a city that issues these licences. I am currently in Sichuan Province. i am guessing that they are the same cities in which you can acquire a regular license easily. Anyone have any knowledge about this new law and where it is applied.

The temporary driver license is only valid for three months, and it only works with your original driver license in your own country.

If you have "L" tourist visa and if you have international driving licence, you can apply for 3 months valid, temporary driving license. You will appy to any traffic management bureau in any city. You willl need 2 pcs. 1 inch photo.

I live in Shen Zhen, where I got my licence (private vehicles).
valid for 7 years. All you have to do is have your license
translated and notarised and take it to the transport dept. in
exchange for a chinese full driver's license. Pretty easy.

while you're of age, and their is a photo on it then sure, because of the fact there is no requirement of having the flexibility to tension to have the skill to purchase alcohol, yet be arranged to show added identity.
