I download MediaCoder but I have no idea how to convert the FLV files to WMV...please somebody help me!!!?

Ok I got the whole MediaCoder down and I can see my file but I have absolutely no idea how to use it. Ive pressed almost every button and I still don't know whats going on. Please somebody give me a step by step example of how to use MediaCoder and convert my FLV files to WMV.
