Here are some quick and easy breakfast dishes to try. :)

- Lightly toast some buttered nut bread, before spreading them with a thick layer of white cream cheese and fresh strawberries.
- Crack and whip up two eggs, before slow-cooking it as an omelet. While it's half-cooking, sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese and fried onions onto the eggs and you get yourself a simple melted-cheese omelet.
- Drizzle a banana with some honey, and together with a dash of milk, mix it all up in a blender for a delicious morning milk shake.

I'm getting hungry again... :)

I make a breakfast quiche on weekend mornings, cut it into pieces, pack it into plastic containers that way I have breakfast for the rest of the week when I wake up too early to be doing anything in the morning (5am)....I just grab and go.

I use the recipe from the site below and it takes me about 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to bake and one minute to reheat in the micro during the weekdays. Type the site address directly into your address bar after the http: without the www

put tomato puree or tamato sauce on the uncooked side
