I learn to appreciate the existence of the One True God by reading the Book of Nature, the Book of my Soul and the Holy Books which come into existence by His creation.
An atheist cannot appreciate anything concerning God, because they only read the Book of Nature with the pre-conception that it is only dust.

I pray and praise Him. Im thankful for the transformations in my life and for our beautiful creation. I once again am in awe at the beauty of things- the clouds, nature, my child...all the wonderful things God has made, whereas when I didnt have a relationship with God I never noticed how beautiful the world really is.

First, how in the world does someone appreciate something that isn't???

I appreciate the existence of God through worship. God inhapbits the praises of His people. I appreciate he answers my prayers all the time, even when I don't like the answer.
I appreciate that he made the world and upholds it by the word of his power.
I appreciate that he came to the earth and died for my sins, the righteous for the unrighteous (me) to bring me to God.

As for my faith, there are Gods. But if you specifically mean God the Father's existence, I am very thankful to Him, even to His Begotten Son our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and also to the Guide of the church's seer, the comforter/Holy Spirit. As a way of appreciating to the Godhead, I am very thankful to them, and eternally I will give thanks to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Bunnies. Nah, all his animals. Walking in nature, that sort of thing. Those rare times I can get away by myself removed from civilization, and man's other "achievements," such as noise, pollution, etc.
