sorry im a little confused here, i thought you ment picture editing but then you mentioned .TXT so i got mixed up, anyways if you mean image editing then you can always use adobe photoshop if you know how to or try a simple one like paint shop pro, if you mean scanning a text paper and then edit its text then you need to get somthing called (OCR) programe like text bridge for example which will scan you paper and then transform its text into editable computer characters. Best of luck

Re test the rfile by using an OCR application - opt for the test trip spot as a word processor will do it in the adventure that your utility is desperate up like that. in case you do not have an OCR application, what you have have been given is a photo of your rfile and you'd be able to in basic terms 'edit' it making use of image manipulation utility to cut back/replica and paste words / sentences / letters and sparkling bits of image. it is slightly like the way you will edit a photocopy... with yet another internet site, a pair of scissors and a few glue... yet with out the sticky arms. certainly there's a 0.33 option... get a chum to OCR it for you right into a word rfile. or according to danger a fourth... pass purchase an all-in-one printer which has OCR utility secure interior the kit and replace your modern-day scanner and printer.
