Is it easier to lose the first 10 pounds (or any number of pounds) , or the last 10 pounds?

The first ten pounds. Then you have to really work to get more off.

The first is easies because when you start a new program you usually loose 7-9 pounds in the first 2 weeks at least! the last 10 pounds are VERY ghard because you plataue after a while and have to discover new ways of breaking through them to get to your goal
