I am in my senior year in high school, leaving this summer. He is eight years older than me (I am 18). But I care for him, a lot and I know he cares for me as well. He is really an amazing guy but he said that he could not, WOULD not let anything happen while I am his student. I kissed him once and he kissed me back, he almost crushed me to him and... god, I don't know. I have never been in love before but if this isn't love, I don't know what is....
So what do I do?

I was in love with my teacher too. But now I'm a lot older. The most important thing FOR YOU AND HIM is NOT to have sex. If you do this is really really dangerous and the guy you really care for could go to jail. WAIT till you finish, and then you can do whatever you like.
You're now an adult, which means you can be with anybody you want EXCEPT teachers (because they are in a position of authority over students).
So, the only solution is to NOT HAVE SEX while you are still a student. You can still see him, but you should keep this to a low level, and not let anyone else get suspicious, or he'll be again in trouble.

BEWARE. You are definitely not the first student he's kissed. Do not rush into anything. If you are going away to college, chances are that he will NOT wait.
Step back and breathe! This may be infatuation. Take a really close look at the situation and go over all the memories from the semester in your head. I'll bet money, you are not the first.
p.s. he can lose his job over this.

He has already broken the rules by kissing you. What other rules does he think he can break? Where are his morals? I would really take a long look at that.
Wait until after you are no longer a student and him a teacher before anything else happens.

once school is out for the summer he will no longer be your teacher. you are 18 and old enough nothing can stand in your way. just wait til school is out and let yourselves fall in Love.
