Does sleeping for at least 8 hours a night really help you lose weight?
I never get enough sleep, causing me to oversleep on weekends. Will going to bed at a scheduled time and waking up early with exercise help me keep a healthier lifestyle?

I heard one time on the news in a health report that scientists said that getting the right amount of sleep could help someone lose weight. This was like about a year ago I heard that. Not sure what the current findings on this subject are now since science is always changing their thoughts on issues such as this.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You burn calories by sleeping I believe. So I guess it does some lol?? Not real sure. I don't think waking up earlier will help. Just when you do wake up.. exercise and eat properly. GL!

getting the right amount of sleep each day is important for your health. millions of people sleep 8 hrs. a day and still diet and excercise successfully.
