First I read that keeping your heart rate between 60 and 70 percent is the best fat burning zone, then I read that High Intensity is better for fat burning because you burn more calories, then i read you need to do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which is a mixture of low intensity and high intensity for like 15 minutes. Which is the best way? Should I just do Low Intensity one day, high the next, then HIIT the next day?

It all depends on your training goals. If you are trying to lift and get huge, low intensity cardio (ie walking for an hour on a treadmill) is prob the best. If you want to lose weight HIIT is the best, although sometimes that is hard to do, especially for a beginner. I would try running at a consistent speed until you can do a few miles. Once you have that base then fool around with other things.

Most importantly, just get on it. Read more about it and you will understand.

Thats all bull S**t. Once you exercise regularly youll be fine.. Some people over do it and I believe thats just as bad for you as not doing any exercise at all.. The most important thing to realise is that your body and mind need rest as well as exercise.. As long as your not sitting in front of a desk all day and that the only exercise you get is when you have to pull your chair in and out to get up to go to the bathroom then you'll be fine..Those kind of people really need to get up and go for long walks. Dont mind all these gizzmos that read your heartbeat , Just make sure you eat well and exercise now and again and also spoil yourself with chocolate now and again. Thats called living a normal life..

according to my lecture, say if you scheduled your exercise for a week; sunday to wednesday you should increase your intensity until highest.then lower it on thursday to friday..saturday you should rest..continue on sunday.
