How can you get a guy to notice you when i ask a problem question people say that if you have problems with one guy date others, but how?

Well... u don't have to be pretty -I'm not suggesting u r not :-) - for a guy to notice u. Just be good to him and make him feel special for u... If you treat him well he won't even care about your appearence. On the other hand, even if you are gorgeous, if u are not nice to him he will hate you.
Verdict: Appearence is not everything

hey its great that your a greenday fan but anyways back to your problem you dont really need to make guy's notice you they will notice you anyway when you find the right one
