It is possible.

Getting a good result is difficult.

The surfaces to be painted must be carefully cleaned then "roughed up" by very fine sandpaper or steel wool, then cleaned again to remove dust.

It would work best to have it professionally sprayed with an automotive acrylic enamel.

You can get spray cans of appliance paint. This is a higher cost paint but is wirth it. An appliance is subjected to bumps and scratches and appliance enamels resist this well (as do automotive paints)

It takes a lot of practice to be able to get even coverage with a spray can. the refrigerator will show streakiness if you don't do it right. Several very light coats works much better than one heavy coat.

After spraying, you can even out the paint using automotive rubbing compound.

The end result can be a refrigerator in any color you desier, looking like the factory made it that color.

you can order a dishwasher front from the manufacturer just go online, you may even find that the other side of the present front panel will slip out and turned around it may be black.
I have used spray paint (enamel) on my fridge a while back and it held up alright, but I only went to bisque from white. I wouldn't paint the stove, you need a paint that will not burn even at high heat and while they make such specialty paint for that purpose, its not going to give you the look you want. In any even t remember to sand and dry it well before painting.

I guess its possible. I recall my mother in law telling me that my father in law went into a spell where everything had to be blue so he painted everything blue. That man could do anything with a can of spray paint and make it look good and not look as if it were spraypainted. He spraypainted the shower stalls in the house once too that I recall . he has since passed on but I still laugh when I think of him in the bathroom and coming out and the fumes had gone to his head and he had that spraypaint all over him from the fumes....lol

I don't know what the paint is called, but I was watching a program on HGTV called "Sell This House" and they painted a refrigerator and it looked great. Maybe they have a website you can check out.

Use a spray (it's cheap and looks fine) or use car paint (looks awesome but it's pretty expensive and difficult to paint). Remember not to paint the back of the fridge.

Check with an automotive shop. It is metal and on makeover shows they have metal cabinetry painted in an automotive shop.
It would be worth having it done professionally.

Good Luck.
