and how bad they are, straight after their tests.
One of them was driving a huge BMW doing wheel spins etc, another didnt know how to do dip and full beam!
Ref insurance.. why dont we restrict the insurance levels available to these new drivers?
Like let them have to a group 5 or something, just to get them used to the road?
It may help them learn a few things? and then go to a bigger faster car??

Maybe new/young drivers should be restricted to driving vehicles of less then 1000cc for a period after passing the test.

in most states the have what is called a instruction permit it permits the young driver to drive but only with an adult at least 18 years of age and must have a dl for over like 3 years but still kids r kids they will contine to do burnouts and stupid stuff untill they grow out of it or almost kill them selfs or others

no mater what car there in they can do wheel spins and insurance does effect what car u can get but people with money are always goin to be able to drive fast cars at a yung age

i passed my test first time when i was 17, and drive a group 8 car, and i havent crashed yet at 18! i just think people need to be stricter on the driving test.
