ok Sarolite i appreciate your answer but i know that Atheist believe this because once an Athiest corrected me that instead of revolving around the world after they die they will go back in the state before they were concieved. And the part where you said that they wnat proofs, well till now i have seen that if you provide them with proofs all they do is simply make fun of it and simply say NO.

I've often wondered that myself. What makes them think there is no God? I know for a fact that there is one, and He/She has blessed me in so many ways. He/She has given me a great family, a great life, and great friends. I am looking forward to checking back in and reading some of their answers.

After we die, the matter and engery that currently makes up our bodies goes back into the envirnoment, which is exacly where the parts of our bodies came from before we were born. This is observable: we see things die, and decompose. We see plants grow from decomposed matter. The cycle of planet goes on, as does the universe.

There is no need for god in any of this. Look at a humming bird
and see the millions of creatures that went before it, and worked to create flight, and those beautiful wings. To say that the humming bird was created all at once by some god dishonors thier work. Millions of bbirds....working for milions of years. Now that's amazing and wonderful!

I somtimes wonder why people think that athiests lack a sense of wonder and awe. I am awed by wonder of all life. The more I learn, the more amazing it all is. There is no need to have a god for any of this. If fact, having one tends to degrade it all.

But understand also that Athism is NOT a religion. There is no creed that we all follow. This is my PERSONAL belief. Not what all atheists think.

What is "the state of before birth?" I've never heard someone say that, much less say that's what happens when you die. I believe that the atheist position is that when we die, we are no longer here. Much like when an animal dies, they're gone.

Unfortunately for you, this is one of those situations where you have to consider who has the burden of proof. You are claiming that something happens although it has never happened to you, so you need to provide the proof for it. The Atheists are just saying "prove it." It's the religious people's task to prove that you do have heaven/hell/Valhalla, not the Atheist's task to prove that there isn't. Innocent until proven guilty.

Edit in response to yours: Sure, after you die you go back to what you were before, that being not living. What proof do you want that when you die, you die? And what proof have you given that when you die, you go to heaven/hell? If you had proof, I'd hear you out.

The state before birth...do you remember? that nothingness. It not said as a fact but more like thats what it'll be because there was nothing before and there will be nothing after. Get it? its not that hard to comprhend, or do you remember being a soul before you were conceived? the only existence we will ever have is here and now on earth. lets make the best of it.

It's our lives, why would you need justification?
