Does anyone know what this is and if it's compatible with Windows XP. Please. I need to know ASAP. Does it include microsoft word?

Microsoft BackOffice is a server. If you don't know what it is and have to ask if it includes MS Word, then don't even bother installing it. If you can't install and maintain it properly then your computer will be a menace to the rest of the internet.
