Puppies mount things when they are over excited regardless as to what sex they are. Mounting isn't all sexual. When she does it gently say no and stop her from mounting whatever object it is. Be consistant and in a few days she will settle down and it should stop. Good Luck with her.

No, she is just a puppy. Mounting behavior just happens with puppies. Nothing to worry about.
I study humping all day at our dog day care. I've really had to decide it seldom is about domination, or sex. Mostly it is about excitement and habit.
