It depends what kinds of skin lesions you have and the severity of your acne. For mild acne, just topical treatments, such as erythromycin gel, clindamycin gel, and/or retinoid acid cream are enough. See if your Doc will give you a prescription for Benzol peroxide same stuff people use on their faces.My son used it and it cleared up real fast.
