It's not healthy to lose 10 lbs. in 1 week by conventional means. Liposuction might be a safer bet. Quoting the source below: "Experts advise that when losing weight through proper diet and exercise, you shouldn't expect to lose more than a quarter of a pound a day from your moving average. That probably doesn't sound like much, but if you keep that up, that's about 1 to 2 pounds a week--50 to 100 pounds a year! Not only is losing weight any faster than that dangerous, but the more slowly you lose your weight, the more likely you are to keep it off."

It's not safe to lose that much in a week, but you may lose around 7lb by doing the 3 day British Heart Institute diet:

This diet must be followed exactly to lose around 7lbs in 3 days.

First Day.

Breakfast:-

Black tea/coffee
Half a grapefruit
1 slice of toast
Small tin of beans

Lunch:-
4oz tuna
1 slice of toast
Black tea/coffee

Dinner:-

2 Medium slices of any cold meat
4 oz runner beans
4 oz beetroot

Evening snack:

1 small apple
4 oz Vanilla Ice Cream

Second Day:-

Black tea/coffee
Half a banana
1 Slice of toast
1 Poached egg

Lunch:-

4 oz cottage cheese
5 Saltine biscuits
Black tea/coffee

Dinner:-

2 Slices of any cold meat
4 oz Broccoli
2 oz Carrots

Evening snack:-

Half a banana
4 oz Vanila ice cream

Third Day:-

Black tea/coffee
1oz slice of cheddar cheese
1 small apple
5 saltine biscuits

Lunch:-

1 poached egg
1 slice of toast
Black tea/coffee

Dinner:-

4oz tuna
4 oz beetroot
4 oz cauliflower

Evening Snack:-

Half a small Honeydew Melon
4oz Vanilla Ice Cream

No butter or marg
Tuna, runner beans and beetroot can be frozen variety.
Saltine biscuits are Tuc or Ritz.
The diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven, do not vary or substitute any of the above foods.
Salt and Pepper can be used, but no other seasoning.
Where no quantity is given there are no restrictions other than common sense.
This diet is to be used for 3 days at a time only. Eat normally after that.

10 pounds aint going to happen but you could lose some weight by avoiding fats, Drink lots of water and do 30 minutes of cardio a day.

You might as well grow some wings and fly with the cows over the moon, because that's near well impossible, even with starvation.
Drink lots of water, eat vegetables and fruits, get some more exercise, and whenever you feel the urge to eat something bad or overeat just imagine you in whatever you're going to wear for whatever occasion you're going to this week.

It's not health to lose that fast.

But if you really one to lose, maybe you can get activity in stress moment.

Trust me, you can lose 3kg in 2days, but gain again in 1 week :)

eat just enough that can fill your stomach and be sure that it is healthy! and exercise a lot! but do not strain your self too much. rest and get enough sleep! =)
