My boyfriend sat me down and told me we should take a break. He had just been promoted to manager and was going to be very busy. He was having some problems with an ex and he said it was a bad time to be in a relationship. I totally understood. He said he really liked me and really cared about me but it was just a bad time. Not that we shouldnt give it a chance again. Then he gave me a kiss and that was it. I started seeing someone else and he seemed to be bothered by it and now he is seeing someone else and it kinda bothers me. I dont understand how he said we should take a break. Doesnt that mean i can see other people. Yet he said he wasnt ready for a a relationship and now hes in one. And why does he seem to still have feelings for me. I still love him. I dont know whether to stick with my new boyfriend and move on. Or talk to my ex and maybe give it another shot.

Hi Banana, I can see why you are so confused. He isn't worse your time and caring. This guy is a piece of work. What he has done is giving you a story about a break for both of you and the BASTARD is really breaking up with you. Just do your crying now and move on with your life. Don't take a new guy to replace this DICK. Just have fun and date difference guys. Enjoy life it's to short. A Friend.

Okay I will translate what being on "a break" means and I swear this is 100% true. When someone tells you that they want a break what they are really trying to say is, "I want to put you on hold so that I can start seeing/sleeping with someone else for a little while but will come back to you once I have it out of my system." Obviously, if one of the reasons was that he was having trouble with his ex then that should have been your first red flag.

taking a break means that he wants to see other people and u r old news. Sorry to say that but thats what I have found out in the past. Men get tired of the same women all the time. MOST women dont, they want a relationship, but thats how it is, Good luck, and stay with your new boyfriend.

If I were in your position, I would continue doing what I was doing and if my ex made comments I would tell him that he wanted the break and wasn't ready and I was just trying to move on because I was. He can't expect you to wait for him to be ready, if he is ready and you are ready that's great but you are a person who has needs and if he can't meet them, to hell with him. I understand that you love him but that's not enough if he isn't willing to recognize that and work with it. Relationships go both ways and we have needs as humans and should be able to fulfill them without being manipulated or controlled. Best wishes and take care of yourself since he isn't willing or ready to take care of you.

feeling unfulfilled interior the dating is a substantial reason at the back of the "i choose a wreck" particularly in teen relationships regrettably, via fact which you're the two at that age the place you do no longer in all risk understand what you want, being in a dating could be frightening. you experience such as you're able to fulfill some style of expectation from the different individual while rather you basically prefer to hold out and be mutually. there is probable a impressive style of stress on her, and it ought to have no longer something to do with you. yet permit her have her wreck, and you gets yours, yet that does no longer mean which you're able to flow out with human beings to spite her. in case you do not get returned mutually you basically could head on in a non violent way, do no longer carry a grudge against her.

"i need a break" means i want out but i want to leave my options open if i want to come back. He was probably after someone else & thought he'd leave his options open with you until he was sure whether he wanted to stay with the new girl or not. He's keeping you hanging in there for back up incase he needs you again. Tell him to (*&^ off & forget about him he's not honest.

You should wait and see where life will take you.If it is meant to be,you two will get back together.Maybe you moved on too fast and he got jelous. That's why he went out with someone else.Just wait.If he loves you enough,he'll come around.
