I am looking for a movie I can only find in German and with their system. But I would like to watch it in the USA. IS there any way to change it from the German system to the American?

I have heard that it is possible to change regular DVD( region 1) players to multiregional DVD players. Can you do this to any DVD player? And how do you do that?Thanks

You need a DVD player to be compatable with both systems, europe (PAL) and American (NTFS). There are one or two players on the market that can play both.
You can also bring it to a video copy house and sometimes they have the equipment to do it also.

if you have nero. when you burn the movie it will ask you if you want to convert to ntsf .. that is one way the other is to get cucusoft. www.downloads.com. you can convert that way aswell. they both will recode but it will say you have more of this then that in the movie and then ask you what you wish to have done just click to let the menu go away and you will be able to burn . Hope this helped
