How do I get lightly curl my hair like Michelle Branch?

Not too curled, just lightly. I hate curling iron so I hope there's something else I can lightly curl them? Thanks!

...I would use large rollers...and maybe curl it the old fashion way....put the curlers in when your hair is still wet or damp and than let them dry naturally.....

you can use a curling iron without getting really tight curls just take a larger section and instead of putting your under the prong on the iron wrap it around the outside of the barrel do these curls all around your hair in different directions and let them fall messy. it's a really cute look especially if you pin a triangle section pushed forward in the front. or you can put your hair in a pony tail and then using about 10 bobby pins take sections of you hair and twist until it begins to coil (like in a bun) then pin leave them in for a few hours i leave my hair a little damp first and sleep with them in. then in the morning let them out and give them a little scrunch and spray and you out the door.. well hope you find the right technique for your lifestyle!!!!
