can some1 tell how to get rid of my shyness...so i can talk to girls..when ever i'm around girls i get shy and my face kinda turn red and i cant speak....please help

Don't be shy. You have the advantage. There's a surplus of girls and not enough men (except in China). Girls are everywhere. There's no shortage of them.
You can be single as long as you want. They can't. They have to nab a guy quick if they want to have kids in time. So don't think that girls aren't approachable.
No need to be shy, you have the advantage. Remember that!

Practice with yourself in the mirror what you want to say to a girl, like the opening line. One thing that helps too is go up to random girls even if you don't really like them and spike up a conversation.

1st try practicing in the mirror on approaching girls. Write down a couple things 2 say so you want freeze up or just look like a total geek!! GOOD LUCK!!

Get in situations where you're forced to talk to girls. It's a skill that improves with practice.

here's something easy and weird. talk to girls who are dating or married. just the fact that they are unavailable takes off SOOOOOOOO much stress.. talk to them, flirt with them (flirt NOT hit on), just to get used to it and build up your self confidence.. the first step in talking to a cute girl you like is to be able to talk to a girl at all.
plus they might have a single friend they can hook you up with! networking is the way to go. just a common interest or knowing something about a girl before you talk to them is so helpful.. i still get shakey sometimes if i just try and go up to a cute girl i know nothing about.

Try to copy what your friends do. tell your friends and ask for their support and advice.
but definatly know that its VERY cute when a guy is shy.
