want to lose weight the right way!

eat smaller portions more frequently.....eat lean meats (chicken and fish) and whole grains, try to stay away from gluten (flour) if you eat bread you want to eat WHOLE GRAIN, obviously stay away from sweets, fruits are just as good as candy and aren't loaded with all the processed sugars, ice cream is a no, Try to eat 6-8 SMALL meals a day focusing on not letting yourself get hungry, this will throw your metabolism into overdrive......Obviously you want to exercise too.

I wouldn't worry about weight so much as I would changing the body composition. if you are decreasing the amount of body fat that you have the readings on the scale become less important

i used to be ur height and used to weigh like u !

then i started portioning my food
exercising lost 15 then 20 then grew to be 5'1 cause im 17 then weigh now 93 :D trust me my diet will work !

u know what u have 2 do diet and excersice. short term diets dont work
