there is absolutely no data that remotely supports "claims" that resistance training stunts the growth of the human skeletal system.

Steroid use in puberty can stop "growth". Don't be a weak willie don't use drugs!

yes it will,if u carry too much dumbells.if u really want muscles,den carry a bit everyday,but don't carry heavy dumbells.cause if u carry too much,your spine will stop growing den u will stay at dat height.
