Every Saturday morning I weigh myself.
Yesterday morning I weighed myself and I was 13 8 lb.
Last Saturday I was 14 2 lb, to me that is a drastic loss in weight.
Ok the scales may be wrong but I weighed myself again and again and I was still 13 8.
Please note that I have been under quite a bit of stress/depression recently.
Is it possible to lose this much in a week?
I do want to lose weight so I does not bother me too much.
Advice please
