If Jesus did not rise from the dead. Than were is his body. Because they found the tomb that he was buried in. And the tomb belonged to Joseph of Arimanthea. It was discovered in 1878 A marble slab measuring 15 by 24 inches was discoved in Nazereth with the description.
Ordinace of Caesar: It is my pleasure that graves and tombs remain perpetually undisdurbed for those who made them for the cult of theior ancestors of children or members of their house. If, however, any one has either demolished them, or has in any way extracted the buried, or has maliciously transferred them to other places in order to wrong them, or has displaced the sealing on other stones, against such a one I order that a trial be instituted, as in respect of the gods, so in regard to the cult of mortals. For it shall be much more obligatory to honor the buried. Let it be absolutly forbidden for anyone to disturb them. In case of violation I desire that the offender be senteced.

In the Quran it specifically says that Jesus was raised to heaven and there was a man that looked like him that was put in his place.

From the Quran:
verse 4:156-159 "That they rejected Faith; That they uttered against Mary A grave false charge; That they said (in boast): 'We killed Christ Jesus The son of Mary, The Messenger of Allah.' But they killed him not, Nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not. Nay, Allah raised him up Unto Himself; and Allah Is Exalted in Power, Wise. And there is none of the people of the book (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (Jesus) Before his death; And on the Day of Judgment He (Jesus) will be a witness Against them."

People do not realize that Jesus was a spectacle for all. That his body would go missing, is incredible. The powerful interests of the Temple would have gladly shown him dead, and they had a REAL interest in safeguarding his body. That he could have disappeared, or that there could have been a substitution, is laughable. The Romans were methodical killers, and the Pharisees were zealots when it came to such things as safeguarding their ways. To think that a small group of Christians could steal his body, concoct a story, and then willingly die to uphold a lie, is preposterous.

Jesus " peace be upon him" was raised to Allah and the Man who Told the Jews about him to gain some money .. this Man looks like Jesus ... then the solders took him instead of Jesus .. and who got the torment is this man not Jesus.
the evidence of my words is:
1- Jesus used to call god as " Father" and the man who was crucified said " Ellahi .. why u r doing that" .. it is not manners of Jesus to say something like that.
2-Jesus in the Last dinner tell his companions that " today i will drink with u the last driblet from chrome or grape's product ..
-and sure what he says is true - the last moments of the crucification ... one the Roman solder give a big stick wet with what ????............... " VINEGAR ".
if he was really Jesus he never say " Ellahi .. why u r doing that" and not put the wet thing in his mouse he thought that it was water .
Allah knows better
and about the body that disappear ... think about who want to kill Jesus ... they are the same guys who thought like others that Jesus were killed and they were afraid to become his body a legend or holly which will affect on their power in the land ... as they were afraid from Jesus and lied him, they are afraid too after death .
forgive my lack language

The Quran is mysterious about the exact ending of Jesus's life.

The exact words used are:

"...They slew him not nor crucified
but it appeared so unto them;"

Now, people have come to two conclusions: either Jesus's likenessness was put on someone elses face, and this may be a spiritual or physical likenessness.

Or that Jesus fainted on the cross and was then lifted to heavens

Or that Jesus fainted on the cross and God hid him and allowed him to live on the land and die a normal healthy man. The people who believe this interpretation refer to the word God uses in the Quran: raised you to myself.

The arabic equivalent for this actually means two things, either physically raised or raised in terms of honor.

Because the Romans had tried to ruin Jesus and embarrass his honor by crucifying him. The torture wasnt just to kill him, it was done to embarrass him on a grand scale.

Jesus is in heaven, waiting to come down when God will ask him to

and if they crucified him the person on the cross (the person made to look like Jesus), like they did with the two criminals you think they were given an elaborate tomb?
