i've heard or found out that girls dont call, i know the guy is supposed to call 80 90 percent of the time.....is it that girls dont call at all at all....

You call HER. If she likes you, after you call her a couple of times, she'll call you back. Don't call more than once or twice in a day. If you leave her a message, give it a day or two before you try again so that you do not appear desperate. That's a turnoff for girls. If after the 3rd call, you haven't heard back from her, she doesn't like you. Move on.
Don't hold it against her. It's up to the guy to do the persuing. It's how we demonstrate serious interest. Relating to girls can be confusing and tricky. Life is so much better for us when rather than lamenting the double standards, we honor and respect the differences between the sexes-especially socially.

Uhh..it totally depends on what kind of girl youre dealing with. I have no problem making the contact..some girls are shy or game players.
