Your body will sweat anytime you become over heated winter or fall or summer or spring. This is the natural way the body release toxins from your body.Everyone sweats year around when the body needs too.I do not think it has anything to do with body weight. Ask a personal trainer or your local health department.

Don't worry, you will sweat, even if you don't have water running down your face. You will perspire and lose water, no fear. In fact, that is a problem for people who are in the outdoors in very cold weather. They don't think they are perspiring, but their underclothing is getting moist. Sun goes down and they get cold because they are not totally dry. So, go for it. You will lose water through perspiration.
