Hello, you know you should never say you're going on a diet. It's all about changing your ways and the way you think. If you change certain things in your life like your attitude, etc your whole demenor will be a positive one and everything will change. I notice with myself that if I eat alot of junk I feel tired and depressed but if I eat healthly foods like, grains, fruits, vegetables, etc I feel so much more awake and happier. And when I'm happier, everything I do changes for the better. I have noticed though that green tea (hot or cold) works in and with everything. I've been drinking it everyday for a while and I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my huge weight loss, but I can tell you that the pounds have been melting off. I also break my meals down throughout the day. Instead of eating three big meals, I eat about 4-5 times a day. My meals are small but I was always hungry when I would eat my breakfast, lunch and dinner and seemed to never get full. So the breaking of the meals began and I feel so much better. It's really important to do a little exercise and keep your attitude positive. If you want to see results you have to be willing to do everything, not just one thing. It's the whole package!! Another good tip is: If you're a late night snacker, try to avoid that. It's best to not eat about three hours before you go to bed. Anything you eat really late will more than likely turn into fat. Your body will feel a little off when you're making any changes so be careful not to go full force. It's all about time and going at a slow pace until your body feels comfortable. You don't want to shock your body, you just want to introduce new things to it. Don't forget water is essential!! Well, hope my tips are able to help you. Good luck....

Depends what you are eating. If you are eating fattening foods then nothing will help you lose weight. Best sort out an acceptable diet and exercise. I know people who have used the Atkins diet very successfully and not felt like they were on a diet but this isn't something to do long term and I'm not keen on the fact that you can't eat fruit. Just eat healthily and get some exercise. Not only will you lose weight, you'll also probably live longer. Good luck.

Its not a diet you need. It is a healthy eating plan. So many people make the mistake of dieting until they have reached their target weight and then they go back to the old eating habits and wonder why they put back on the weight plus some. It is a case of changing lifestyle and looking at food differently. Smaller portions help too. Use smaller plates that way it still seems that your plate is full.

Diet and exercise are the ONLY healthy ways to lose weight. Don't take diet pills -- there are lawsuits about a bunch of them right now because they caused heart problems and killed otherwise healthy (but overweight) people. It's not worth the risk.

Just exercise and cut back on your calories.

Eat frequently (like 5 to 6 times a day), and exercise.

It is good you won't go on a diet, because diet is like DIE with a T, or DIE to be T(thin)
^_^

Just eat what you want preferably the healthier ones. (instead of full cream milk try skim milk)

and exercise
•walk, instead of using the car
•watch TV without a remote
•clean the house
•act like you're some insane person and jump around while waving your hands like a monkey. ^_^

Increase your amount of exercise. In order to lose weight, you have to expend more than you take in.
