Police dogs can smell whatever they are trained to smell,if they are drug sniffing dogs yes they can any form of cocain has a very strong smell unless masked but the dogs are trained to bark if the scent of the masks are there as well.

Boy that is a loaded question....... I have 5 crack sniffin' dogs.

Ok, so I have 1 that is a narcotics dog (he's the county's but he lives with me, so he's mine) and yes they can smell crack, along with numerous other drugs. Why on earth would you believe your buddy, I mean, he's already doin' crack, that's gotta tell you he isn't the brightest apple on the tree. Of course I always like the ones that say "I don't do . . . . but my buddy does"

So you don't do dope, then what is your drug of choice? Whatever it is I'm pretty sure the dogs can sniff that out too. Maybe you have been sitting to close to your buddy when he gets high

I believe policeMEN can smell crack. It makes your sweat smell wierd. There's some phisiological response to the drug. I think police dogs can be trained to smell anything pretty much though.

If trained they can. They can smell gun powder also. I know I used to have weapons at my Shaver St Apt. athen a snitch sent cops to confinscate them, lucky for me I used a trick before hand, in about 50 or so areas around the rooms on the floors, in the carpet , mostly at the sides of the room, I took pot tar resin that they key into and set it up next to little piles of cayene hot pepper powder, they take a big wiff of it and its all over for the dog, the pepper powder causes their noses to run and drip, they cannot smell anything and are incapacitated by this tactic, the pigs never found my weapons and the narc, I turned him into the local Vatos gang that put him in the hospital. So booby trap your homes and cars, remember, pot resin smell draws them to the pile of pepper powder and one sniff is all they need to wipe out the nose for a good long time.
