Of course! Seriously, girls do not give their numbers to strangers! If she wanted you to have it, there has to be a good reason for it! If its for a relationship, as a friend, or even more, go get her tiger! Good luck! :-)

The key to being successful with women is to not act TOO interested. Make sure that if a girl gives you her number wait 2-3 days before you call. Never call the next day or that same day because then you will come across as desperate and that is the last thing you want. If she wants you to call her that is a good sign so definately follow up. She wouldnt have given you her number if she didnt want to hear from you and she would have come up with an excuse to not give her number. Just play it cool and dont act too anxious, that is a deal killer.

Yes, but she may have changed her mind.
I've had women show a LOT of interest in me when we first met, then resist attempts to get in touch later on.
Maybe she was having trouble with her boyfriend, but now things are going better. Or maybe somebody else she gave her number to called her first. Or maybe she was acting "wild" by her standards and is basically more conservative and cautious.
It happens.
