Why do you bother with it? That card doesn't mean anything other than the holder is a Mexican citizen, which is probably obvious from the start. It is available by simply applying for it, and doesn't mean anything in terms of the holder's legality or illegality in the U.S. In that sense, it is a meaningless credential.

What do u think? If u picked it up or had it mailed from the Consulate it should be real. Why the concern?
