It isn't photoshopped, it is actually a sculpture. The guy does some realistic, freaky stuff, but his name escapes me.
P.S. found it! The artist is Patricia Piccinini, at first I thought it was another austrailian Hyperrealist, Ron Mueck.

i don't know cos i dont want to say its not real then be wrong i think there is rather a large possibilities that there have been some serious graphic changes.
