Fast and unhealthy and to look fat = eat as much as possible of whatever you see

Fast and healthy and to not look fat = impossible. Sorry but shaping your body doesn't happen overnight, it takes dedication and knowledge and time. If your serious about gaining weight (muscle) i suggest bodybuilding.com and search the forums. You wil be amazed at what you find.

Ok if u just want to gain weight fast without thinkin about health risks i say drink lots of soda like 2 a day then move up to about 4 a day... after that ull get addicted and the punds will fly to u... TRUST ME i gave up soda and lost 25punds i was drinking about 3 a day...

Now to be healthy do u want weight or fat? if its just weight work out like hell muscle weighs more than fat if u want fat so u get bigger u want to maybe eat more than usual like 5 meels a day instead of 3 and eat before bed like RIGHT before bed . cut ur exercising bak about half but not totally otherwise ull lose ur fitnesses and can develop some really bad stuff...trust me umm also eat milk chocolate instead of dark and drink more juices and such instead of water... now u still wont be "healthy" u just will be able to put on weight without totally killing urslef and keeping urself fairly fit.

If u just want weight fats tho no matter what sodas the way to go

First figure out your RMR (resting metabolic rate - you can find out how to calculate it by going to this site:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/calrmr.htm
then all you have to do is intake more calories than you expend. Calorieking.com provides an awsome way to track how many calories you're consuming and expending through exercise.

Basically, you can gain weight fast by eating foods high in trans fat, saturated fat, refined carbohydrates, and by reducing your physical activity. However, this method is highly unhealthy and unrecommended.

What I recommend you to do is consider finding a nutritionist or even joining a program (such as eDiets) to get an idea of what to eat. With eDiets you can customize your targets (to gain weight)and it provides you with a meal plan based on your convenience. If that sounds like too much trouble, my basic advice is to eat 6 meals a day that includes increased portions of healthy fats (avocados, nuts, salmon, flaxseed oil, etc.), carbohydrates, and protein. Also instead of intensive exercise, I'd suggest yoga which will help with flexibility and core strength but not burn a lot of calories like running.

I think that eating heaps of carbs and protein will help you to gain weight. At least that's what works for me.

eat more eggs bread..
