Yeah it's your car. Maybe you should buy a dictionary, and then get some new friends who aren't IDIOTS.

Get a lawyer....

"It aint what you know, its what YOU CAN PROVE"
Remember this line Always... what you can prove..

this is what's going to hapen, the cops are going to write a bullshit police report.. whatever they write is giong to be the story, so you have to get a good lawyer, or somehow have an alibi or whatever to prove the weed is not yours...

if you can't prove it.. even tho it ain't yours.. you wil get wrapped for it... thousands of people are in prison for a crime they didn't commit, wrong place wrong time.... crooked as world man, so just try to prove it aint urz

Sure , let say you give a ride to a friend who has 10 pounds of weed, which you know that he is carrying. You are responsible for who enters your car, and if you knew he was carrying weed on him , then you get busted too.

Yes, you can either get a ticket or arrested. It depends on the amount found. You automatically assume responsiblity of any possessions in your car according to police. Especially if no one else owns up to it. In that case, get new friends.

I think so, and here's why: You are responsible for what goes on in your house, car and property. It would be very hard to prove that it's not yours. I think you should take the punishment, consider it a lesson learned, and find new friends.

If it is in your car it is yours. You should be aware of who and what is in your vehicle. At your arraignment you can plead not guilty and then talk to the city or district attorney to have the charge reduced. Good luck !!!

Your car though, you are responsible for what is in it be it weed or an open bottle or a gun. Same goes for what is in your house.

YUP.
That's what was so funny on Shrek 2 when they found catnip on Puss-in-Boots and he said, "Uh, that's not mine." That's the standard answer when pot is found in someone's car.

The car is yours--- everything about it is yours--and the control of it is yours----the excuse is as old as the hills--next time don't do drugs or alcohol in the car----lesson learned.
