I love Suave Aloe mousse in the green bottle. It works on my naturally curly/frizzy hair and it's dirt cheap (better than any salon brand I've used.) It makes it shiny and bouncy with a tad of hold and no frizz. It's also best to use a silicone serum and let it air-dry. The blowdryer is the enemy of naturally curly hair. Curls look 1000% better when they air dry.

The absolute best is a product called Curls Up from FX Special Effects which contains a defrizzant to control your frizzies. Its great! You can get it at any Walgreens, CVS, Wal-Mart, etc. You'll love it!

I like Herbal Essence, and they make a shampoo and conditioner especially for frizzy hair. It is worth a try.

Matrix Sleek. It comes in shampoo, conditioner, and leave in frizz control. Smells good too. You can also use a ceramic flat iron.

I like kiwi serum, but it is getting hard to find, try citrus shine. Something that blocks humidity if you live in a more humid climate. Humidity has alot to do with frizz.
