I use conditioner in most of my hair except for my side-swept bangs, because they are usually near my face which is really sensitive. Conditioners make my forehead greasy and will break-out if I try to use them.

I would use bobby pins right after you condition your hair.

You don't need a conditioner. You want your bangs to be bouncy and weightless not weighed down and coated with a conditioner. If you must use something try Johnson and Johnson's detangler for Children. It will detangle and smooth like a conditioner but is formulated for babies and small children so it's gentle enough so that your face won't get irritated.

...if you get your hair completely wet and brush your bangs back while in the shower, you should be able to use the same conditioner. if no, go for dove -for sensetive scalps- or use a leave in conditioner.

it shouldnt matter.
just comb it back and since your hair is wet your bangs should lie flat ontop of your head, wash out conditioner, and then wash your face one more time before you get out of the shower.
