Honestly, this is a strange decision. The approach has contradictions. First, why would you like to be a single parent? Why don't you have your own child? If you have any organic defect, then adopt some one whose parents are not alive and who would really depend upon you. In this case, the child will grow one day and will come to know or she is already knowing her parents. Her tolerance and sympathy towards her parents are bound to grow. I bet one day you will regret having taken this decision when she grows up and tells you that you robbed her from her natural parents. I am telling you from personal experience. If your sister is poor and you are rich then you will hear the taunt that you took undue advantage of your wealth.
If you are very keen, you can still bestow your love on your niece, without doing all this.
If ever you decide to marry, your husband may not find your idea suitable and may be annoyed at your decision.

I assume your reasons for doing this involve your personal family situation and the best interests of your niece, so let me be the first one here not to tell you there's something morally wrong with your thought processes.

That said, unfortunatly, I know squat about international adoptions between India and Dubai. Is there, perhaps, someone in the legal department of your shipping company who could advise you or recommend a lawyer to assist you?

If something happens mutually as your married then you definately would be basically as undesirable as your husband, do no longer forget approximately Adultery is a criminal offense. you may have a severe think of roughly your existence and make some judgements, your husband being untrue interior the 1st place could desire to have positioned a extensive tension on your dating and knocked your self self belief, then this guy comes alongside and makes you experience specific, so is that the charm or do you rather like this guy?. on the tip of the day you may desire to be satisfied.

Too young to take such a big decision. Have an elderly advise. and still if you feel you are right please adopt a child from the orphanage than one who has parents already wherein you will not have any problems after say 20 years and the orphan child will call you mother only unlike your niece after even 20 years. The orphan child will be only yours and no one else and attachment will be more and you will be doing one good thing in life.
