I had two pimples on my back once. One went away, one did not. The one that did not actually looked like it was becoming a mole. Its been there for about 6 months with no real issues/change. It still looks the same but now Ive been getting pangs of pain near the spot on my back. Could this be related to it? The mole/thing doesnt hurt at all if you touch it, and has had no visible changes.
Its odd. I was just at my drs I forgot to ask!

listen, i personally don't think the pains are related to that thing on your back. still, you should check it out. since you can't really tell what it is, and black isn't a really good colour for anything on you, go to the doctor, see what it is. it's probably nothing, so don't worry. however it is better to be safe than sorry.

sounds like a deep black head. Can you have someone pop it?Take a needle burn it with lighter or flame. let it cool. swab the black head with betadine let it dry then slightly pierce the black head. have someone apply gentle pressure around the black head and see what comes out. if it doesn't pop go the dermatologist. if it does pop keep applying pressure until it is all out swab with betadine again.
