black pimple that hasnt gone away?

I had two pimples on my back once. One went away, one did not. The one that did not actually looked like it was becoming a mole. Its been there for about 6 months with no real issues/change. It still looks the same but now Ive been getting pangs of pain near the spot on my back. Could this be related to it? The mole/thing doesnt hurt at all if you touch it, and has had no visible changes.
Its odd. I was just at my drs I forgot to ask!

sounds like a deep black head. At first I was thinking maybe it was a blackhead but I'm not to sure. You should go back to your doc to get it checked it it could be cancer or infected.
