I would say so. She probly likes you too, unless the look up and down was in a "who's this wanker?" way. Or if she made a throw-up gesture after looking at you. You can keep looking and maybe watch her go out with somebody else or you can go up and talk to her. That's the next step. If that goes well, ask her out. I think you know the rest.

Did she have that drawn back face when she was in the hall, because if she did it meant shes saying no. If she had that kind of smiling face when she did that then yes she is checking you out and she does like you
