i use whey protein, it helps build muscle. leg muscle included. which allows you to run faster. so my answer is yes.

In not sure if creatine does, but protein powders do not. Protein is essential to your diet, because when you run or work out you your mussels are ripped and teared. Protein repairs this muscle tissue but if you eat healthily you will get the right amount of protein in your diet. Excess protein turns into fat and can acidify your blood. hope this helped

Creatine..NO! Creatine can cause severe cramps in people, especially runners.
