I need a way to sooth my body like a hot bath etc. I just am tense. I would like it if you said something that does not hurt a 10 year old's body (like drinking, getting high, slomming, etc.). How can you relax your body without doing yoga or stuff like that? please answer

i am worried about you. i have seen another one of these from you complaining about bones popping and giving out. if you are 10yrs old why are you having these pains?? where are your parents?? why are you so tense at such a young age?? you need to talk to a grown up because a hot bath is not going to cure what's going on with you. there has to be someone you can talk to. try gentle stretching while listening to relaxing music for the time being. a heating pad or a hot bath. they make stuff to put in your bath to soothe aching muscles. you can get it at any drugstore, walmart, etc.
talk to an adult.please.

Massage is the best way. If you can't afford an expensive one, in the mall sometimes they have people that massage your neck and upper back for $1 per minute.

Listen to calming music (ocean sounds, light classical...). Also simple stretching is great, do it when you get up and when you go to bed.

Breathe- Take about 5 minutes when you first get up in the morning and consciously relax your muscles. (Go down your body and THINK 'relax my head, relax my neck, shoulders, chest, back, thighs, calves, feet and hands) Breath deeply and regularly (make the breaths equivalent to if you were sleeping.

You can do this consciously relaxing anytime during the day. Close your eyes and just relax...I used to do it at my high-stress job and it was a life saver!

A hot bath, a massage, a light workout followed by stretching. I always like to lay backward over one of those big exercise stability balls it relaxes you and stretches out your muscles.
