Wow! There are so many ways to answer that one. This is all subjective, of course...but for me:
Generally, shoulder length or better hair, proportionately shaped (preferably athletic or slender) body, and colorful, flirty, feminine attire that accentuates the feminine assets. Personally, I like girly girls with personality.
To me, that's hot...
Oh, almost forgot...I love to see women with well-manicured nails in exotic, bright colors! Also, all those sexy shoes women love so much. I think I like what I like so much because I LOVE women who exude feminity just as women love handsome hunks.
