When and why did he create them?

Interesting question. If they didn't fit into God's plan, then why did he create them? If he didn't make people specifically for suicide bombing, then why did he give said people the means to do so? The argument that such people are "provoked by Satan" doesn't work here either, because the suicide bombers are doing it because of religious zealotry (for God, not Satan). Wow. you're question raises millions of other questions. The only answer I can provide you is that it's something we're not meant to know because nobody can comprehend how God works. Anybody who thinks they can even guess at this accurately is very, very ignorant.

No,God did not create suicide bombers as the lord did not create mass murderers, serial killers, rapists and they(suicide bombers)no matter what their bent holy purpose is,always end up killing innocent people randomly and that creates nothing but hate, pain, suffering;all which definitely does not come even near to His plans. They do not come under anybodies plans at all except the the real culprits behind them.

They Don't. The suicide bombers are basically part of a group or cult with these certain beliefs. Muslims and Islamic rules/law say that its wrong to kill innocent people. If one believed that the islamic God or Allah was the real God, he would be upset with these people for 9/11. God does not support thesesuicide bombers or martyrs by suicide.

I think "Someone Out There" and "Lost and Found" have answered your question.

I am a Hindu and we believe in the Law of Karma (or as Christians say - you will reap what you sow). As a Hindu I believe in rebirth and so it is not necessary that we will reap unhappiness if we sow unhappiness in this birth - it can be in a later reincarnation of our soul. As "someone out there" has very rightly said in her/his answer we all have a free will. Based on our actions (which are not dictated by God but by our egos, training etc. as "lost and found" has said in his/her answer) in this birth, we will have happiness or sadness maybe in this birth itself or else in our later reincarnations.

Suicide bombers spread a great deal of misery around - they leave people dead, mutilated, incapacitated and are the reasons for children becoming orphans, wive's widows, husbands losing their wives, parents their children......... The pain of losing a limb, a loved one can be devastating. If suicide bombers are the cause for so much misery - sooner or later they will be also at the receiving end of acute pain.

Earth is like a big Sims game to God. He just created suicide bombers to make it more interesting.

Why do you have a problem with the concept. The Judeo/Christian/Muslim god is a violent and blood thirsty one. He is a god of terror.-you don't believe in me you are doomed. You blaspheme you are dead and doomed. He kills indiscriminately. If you kill for him you are guaranteed a place in paradise. Christianity has done and committed unthinkable atrocities in his name. The crusaders were told it was not a sin to kill the infidel and that he was de facto saved. We raped pillaged murdered in his name. Let us not forget the Holy Inquisition or the Jesuits.
What has happened during the 20th century-and this is possibly the source of your confusion-is that humans in the west started to change their morals WE changed and regard suicide bombers as terrifying oddity. God hans't changed. We have and it doesn't seem that god is going to change in the near future.

When He gave humans a brain and an ego, He gave them the capacity to be infinite number of things and still find mental excuses for them.

In other words, selfish, egotistical people, tend to rationalize their thoughts and behaviours. They havent been taught to not be selfish. They havent been taught how to look at the world through the eyes of another human being.

Big mistake. And I blame the society and parents and schooling.

I don't know. There are a lot of things that happen that I can't explain. All I do know is that God is in control, and He knows what is best in the long run. I don't know why some of these things are for the best, but I do know that He will make it right.

The creator is God

The one who destroys is also God.

God divides himself into +ve and negative energies and this world is manifested

Suicide bombers and destroyers are also his manifestations... and he is doing it for a purpose
