Don't give her millet because that is fattening.
Give her fruit and veg such as:
Salad Cress - Peas - Apple - Celery - Courgette - Sweetcorn - Watercress - Boiled Rice - Parsley Sprig - Grapes - Cucumber - Dandelion Leaves - Broccoli - Board Beans - Carrots - Finger of bread soaked in water - Mashed Boiled Egg (shell also) - Tomatoes - Lettuce - Cooked Pasta - Radishes (leaves also)
DO NOT give them cabbage
Give her a hamster wheel my budgies loves to run on them.
One of my budgies (Savannie) loved going round in a hamster ball. She has passed away now :o(
You could try that for exercise.

Do you overfeed her? I normally offer my budgies one normal seed container of seed between two, as well as some vegetable and fruit, mainly dark green, leafy vegetable. If she is only slightly overweight, don't worry about it, but if she seems ill or much fatter than usual, I advise taking her to the vet.

Female budgies to tend to be fatter then the males. Is she of a english line. They are big brested birds.
