hahah i love this question, people read it so fast they dont see the key words, it was on my exam last week and only two people got it right.

lol, well u could say that with like a pound of feathers or a pound of gold and it wouldn't be the same! a pound of gold is only 12oz, something with how it was originally sold lol, so you can ask that question, and the ones who read it real fast will get it wrong, and so will the people trying to say they are the same! -seth

Muscle weighs more than fat, but if they're both one pound then they wiegh the same... But they look a LOT different. One pound of muscle will be about the size of a tennis ball, the fat can be up to 4x bigger and look kinda like... jello...

Ha ha very good. They both weigh the same, but the pound muscle will look smaller than the pound of fat as it is more dense.

They're both one pound. However, proportionally speaking, muscle weighs more than fat because it's denser, so a pound of muscle would be smaller, than a pound of fat. This is why a 300 lb fat man looks bigger than a 300 lb bodybuilder.

one pound of fat weighs the same as one pound of muscle. however fat takes up more volume..
