how long does ramen last before it expires? i usually read the package for the exp. date but it seems to have none. should i trust it?

It should last a long time as long as no bugs get into it...so if you keep it in a tight container, etc. it should be fine.

It's dehydrated and loaded with preservatives, as long as the package is intact it could last for years. Never noticed if there was an expiration date or not, but if you've had it more than 6 months, I'd toss it out.
