Taco Bell cause they have grade d meat which is used in preperation which is the same quality as dog food so eat up :)

Go to your local Human Services office. They may be able to assist you.
Also go to you local food bank.
As far as the dog goes, check with the Humane Society.
I don't think you can use the help from Human Services to buy dog food when you don't have money to feed your self.
Hope this will work for you. Does your town have a place for the homeless like the Salvation Army? I think they have a soup line.

Many communities have local food closets or other sources of food and emergency needs for people and sometimes their pets, too. Try checking your phone book--the blue-edged pages. In our area (Sacramento) we have something called Loaves & Fishes which is not affilated with any government or church organization, doesn't make specific demands, is simply there to do what they can to help people make it through.

Your question really hurts me and concerns me. I cannot believe the idiot responses you have got. Do not listen to those heartless individuals. First of all, if you do not already know this, you can get food stamps if your income is low enough and obviousy it is. You can apply for emergency assistance if you need to . If you do not know where it is that you would get these, call around your local city or county. Call whomever you have to to find out where the local food stamp office is. If you have any friends or family just explain to them that you need help for just a short time until you can get help. Food is not a luxury ..it is a vital part of existence. Please do not be ashamed to ask for help. If you dont know where to go, please ask a church for help with transportation to get where you need to get. Call the court house, anywhere you can to find out where to go. My heart goes out to you and I pray that you will find what you need very quickly.

Consult your local heath department. They can give you numbers to call for food stamps and other help.

Social Services.Tell them that you need emergency assistance.Also,,dogs can eat rice fully cooked with peas or carrots but it must be completely cooled.
