If he admitted to cheating and seems honestly sorry, consider giving him another chance. Let him know how hurt you are, so he does realize that you're not going to immediately act like you used to. Don't seek revenge - you'll only regret it. Encourage communication. What made him cheat? Try to be calm - if you're calm he's more likely to be honest with you. Discuss ways to fix things.
A better option is to leave him. It really is worth it, even though it'll hurt for a while. Cheating kills trust, and sometimes that trust is never re-established.
If you've previously cheated, don't feel obligated to stay because you were 'bad' first. If you both have now cheated, you both should get out of the relationship. Obviously something isn't working.

my immediate response would be to "kick his ***" but of course in the real world, we'd get in trouble for that, so if i were you i would break it off with him [if you haven't already], make sure the girl he cheated on you with know this " if he can cheat on one person, he can cheat on any person, even you" [make her think about what she has gotten herself into, and toward him i don't think you should do anything to him, other than maybe yelling at him to relieve your own anger and stress. but after that just leave him. kick him out of your life, is what i always say. cause he's not worth a single brain cell, so don't waste on him to devise some malicious plan to get him, because it may not even affect him. so just focus on soemthing else at the moment, like learning, taking on a new hobby, find some new friends[ of course while keeping the old] and wait/ find mr. right when you're hearts ready to trust again.

If you are really certain he has cheated. I would confront him and then tell him not to contact you again and I would mean it too.
It may just be a rumor or a lie but you should find out for sure. Don't count on him telling you the truth.

kick his sorry *** to the curb. nobody deserves to be cheated on, no matter who you are or what you do.
its just flat out wrong.
i dont see why people dont just break up with the person they're with before they cheat because if it comes to that, then that person isnt too important to them anyway.

you need to dump him and tell him what a waste of your time he was. you don't deserve to have that extra weight of being cheated on to carry around. you need to tell him flat up that hes an a** and that you can do so much better.just get him out of your life

honestly, i cannot understand why so many girls allow their boyfriends to cheat on them and don't do anything about it.
you need to have more self confidence. dont allow him to treat you like that.

Confront him on a random day.But make sure you call him, and ask where are you?Then go where he is then confront him and say what in the hell are you doing with this girl.

just be rational about it if he cheated on u then clearly he wasnt the one u thot he was he lied to and deceived u therefore u should just move on and forget him just calm down and think about it
