There is a that i like and i dont know how to ask her out for a Coffee OR Lunch. i think she knows that i like her but i jt dont know how to tell her.

Hmmm......Make her do something to you that requires her to say she's sorry. And then say, you can repay me by letting me take you for a coffee. Or pretend you're gay and become her best friend and then tell her you are ungay now and love her? lol. jkkkk DONT SAY THAT!!!
Or, say, umm Nice shoes, wanna get it on? No i'm joking. Just test the waters and find out how she feels about you through another person maybe? Discreetly! through somemone who wont tell her your interested outright, and who will see what she thinks of you. And then if she thinks your alright, maybe just go up and say, Want to go out for a coffee? or for lunch, my treat. Of course you must pay but maybe she'll be hungry? I don't really know what to say it's a tough situation. If you could find someway to make her back into your car or something or do something where she feels bad about it you could probably get her to agree to go out with you to lunch or dinner or something lol. But that would require planning and be VERY hard and she could still say no. Start to really get to know her, start making yourself known and be around her more but not too much, and drop little hints and some healthy flirting and be confident. ALWAYS be confident. Remember, if you don't think you're a handsome, wonderful person then she probably won't either. So be confident, but NOT COCKY! or ARROGANT!
You could also find out what you have in common through a friend or someone who knows her and find out what she likes to do and maybe bring up something she really likes one day, even if you dont even like it but do your research on whatever it is so you can answer he questions about it and if she likes baseball or something say you are a huge baseball fan and learn the names of some famous players or something and say you have an extra ticket to the game or if she likes flowers, study gardening and botany and flowers and find out some ones you like and say your an avid gardener and enjoy gardening and then she might be like wow, he's sensitive, he gardens and loves flowers like I do. And it could work in your favor. But don't be too much of a wuss or a girly man, girls like sensitive but strong.

Hey, you better slow down---first check yourself and see if you are date material---you know, clothes--clean and fit right--look your age. How about your hair, teeth, hands--clean??? Breath nice?? Stand up straight and ask--at an appropriate time...the chances are good--at least 50/50--yes or no---give it a try--smile, talk nice, be respectful, thank her if the answer is no---at least you tried--NO PROMISES in this life--everything is a gamble--most guys don't give any thought as to their appearance--and they wonder why they don't get dates--be nice, be yourself, act dignified, act mature, have fun---good luck

Just ask her, I know its awkward sometimes, but the worst she could do is laugh and say no, ok, so then you get on with your life, you wont know unless you try.

1st step if ur doing job & if she meets u there ask her for cofee after ur works over then ask that wats her hobbies then a long drive or 2 visit what she likes,do what she likes then if she....
u ask u like her much.
