i knw that too much of anything is bad. but i like to eat the plain kinds, like the grain biscuits, wheat/oat biscuits and sometimes crackers. also tim tams. is this bad? will this make me put on weight? how to stop?

juus enjoy life and eat if ure below 20 eatr nicely thats the time can reduce ur weight later!

It really depends on the ingredients; some biscuits contain lots of saturated fats and trans fatty acids, so read the ingredients. Also, you might think it's whole wheat and really good for you, but it could only contain 50% or so.

Other than that, biscuits are fairly nutritious, so go ahead and indulge.

when u have 22 gm cholestrol in a packet of biscuit i or 2 biscuit harmful ?

i knw that too much of anything is bad ! Precisely, but anything in moderation is good, don't ever assume because something is good for you that it will be low calorie or low fat because those foods still can put on weight, just don't over eat anything and you will be fine. Good Luck !

If the only thing that you eat is biscuits, you might have a problem. other than that, heck, just enjoy yourself. lot more shite in this world to worry about besides biscuit consumption.
